On April 27th, we captured footage of BYD's new mid size SUV, the Haishi 07 EV, from domestic dealerships. The new car adopts a marine aesthetic design and will face a market of 200000 yuan in the future. The Sea Lion 07EV is the first model of BYD Ocean Network's new Sea Lion IP. In the future, Ocean Network will integrate SUV models into the Sea Lion IP and sedan models into the Sea Lion IP, forming a twin star strategy. At the same time, the car will be launched on May 10th.
In terms of appearance, the BYD Sea Lion 07EV is based on the previous Ocean X concept car, further strengthening the family style of the Ocean series models. The overall design of the vehicle is fashionable, with bold line cuts on the upper part of the X-shaped front face, making the entire front face more three-dimensional. The Haishi 07EV adopts a suspended front headlight design called Haiyue Double U, with the decoration of the lamp body and its outer boomerang shape, together forming the shape of the letter C.
