MNWGAS180 is used for starting jet engines directly by discharging low pressured & compressed air flow. The pressure of compressed air is adjustable up to 42 pound per square inch and can deliver 180 pounds per minute. The unit consists of a diesel engine, air cooled & oil free rotary screw compressor and air regulating system, which features sound attenuation and easy control panel operation.

Regulation

¡  Micro controller based. Variable flow and a constant pressure of 2.9 bar (42 psig) are achieved by control of engine speed and the out air through a flow control valve. This makes the ASU versatile and universal to start all wide bodied aircrafts up to 180 PPM for engine starting.
