On August 28th, Wangyang Automobile announced the delivery of its first pure electric supercar, the Wangyang U9 model.

In terms of appearance, the car adopts the "Gate of Time and Space" family design language that is in line with the U8, inspired by the C-shaped light group shape from outer space and the powerful body lines. While the visual impact is extremely strong, it also showcases the unique temperament of a pure electric supercar.

At the rear of the car, the logo is centered within the through type taillights, and the uniquely shaped spoiler paired with a carbon fiber material rear hood is highly recognizable. In addition, the U9 offers optional carbon fiber fixed large tail and electric tail, as well as multi-color brake calipers. The tire sizes are 275/35 R21 and 325/30 R21.

In terms of interior, the U9 adopts a large area of carbon fiber decoration and suede full coverage, forming a symmetrical layout of "left and right mirror" between the driver and passenger: both sides are equipped with a screen, and the center console is composed of a vertical center console screen, instrument screen, and passenger entertainment screen. At the same time, the car is equipped with surround atmosphere lights, Star River intelligent screen, Dana Platinum evidence sound system, and multifunctional integrated sports seats.

In terms of configuration, the car is equipped with a "globally unique" Easy Four Way U-shaped motor. The official statement states that when paired with a rotary sensor, the recognition accuracy and response speed will be much higher than traditional supercars.

In terms of power, the vehicle has four motors with a peak torque of 1680N · m, a peak speed of 21000rpm, a maximum horsepower of over 1300ps, a top speed of 309.19km/h, an acceleration time of 2.36 seconds from 0-100km/h, a sprint time of 9.78 seconds from 0-400m, and an unlimited number of catapults.

In terms of battery life, the U9 is equipped with an 80kWh battery, with a CLTC range of 450km. The dual gun fast charging can replenish 30% -80% of energy in 10 minutes, and the slow charging can replenish 30% -80% in 7 hours.
